1. What types of candles do you sell?
WGDP offers premium hand-poured candles made from high-quality wax and fragrances. Our candles are designed for a clean, long-lasting burn and come in a variety of scents.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 ship free via standard shipping within the continental U.S.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information usually updates within 24–48 hours.
6. What if my candle arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your candle arrives damaged, please email us at wgdpcandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to assist.
7. Can I return or exchange my candle?
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Please contact wgdpcandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
8. How should I care for my candles?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use, allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
9. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes! For custom scents, labels, or bulk orders (weddings, events, corporate gifts), please reach out to wgdpcandles@gmail.com for a quote.
