All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Typical delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – available at an additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Free Shipping
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.

Candles are temperature-sensitive. During warmer months, we may delay shipments by 1–2 days to ensure product integrity.
Lost or Damaged Packages
WGDP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at wgdpcandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. WGDP is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
